After much research, the healthy eating program that I like the best is Dr. Mary Hyman’s Ultra Simple Diet. Dr. Hyman is a functional medicine physician whose research has lead him to developing a very simple diet that people can follow for the rest of their lives to achieve and maintain better health. His book about this diet is called The Ultra Simple Diet and can be purchased at Amazon.
